• We do not carry insurance for damage, theft, or accidents involving customer vehicles on our premises.
• You, the customer, are solely responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries incurred during the detailing process or while your vehicle is on our premises.

Liability

We are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle, either accidental or intentional, while it is in our possession. We also do not provide any warranty for our services.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing us with accurate information about your vehicle, including any pre-existing damage. You are also responsible for removing any valuable or sensitive items from your vehicle before we begin the detailing process.

Payment and Pricing

Payment is due in full upon completion of the detailing services. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

You must provide us with at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you do not provide us with enough notice, we may charge you a cancellation fee.

Complaints and Disputes

If you have any complaints or disputes about our services, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. We will work to resolve the issue in a fair and timely manner.
