**1. Services Provided** Detailing Garage ("we," "us," or "our") offers automotive detailing services to customers ("you" or "customer"). Services include cleaning, polishing, and restoring vehicles' interiors and exteriors.
We are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle, either accidental or intentional, while it is in our possession. We also do not provide any warranty for our services.
You are responsible for providing us with accurate information about your vehicle, including any pre-existing damage. You are also responsible for removing any valuable or sensitive items from your vehicle before we begin the detailing process.
Payment is due in full upon completion of the detailing services. Prices are subject to change without notice.
You must provide us with at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you do not provide us with enough notice, we may charge you a cancellation fee.
If you have any complaints or disputes about our services, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. We will work to resolve the issue in a fair and timely manner.
We do not provide any warranty, express or implied, for our services. All services are provided on an "as-is" basis without any guarantee of results or outcomes.
